PKP tools - sitectl

Run PKP tools from /var/www/ojs/lib/pkp/tools:

sitectl ojs pkp-tool scheduler run
sitectl ojs pkp-tool jobs run
sitectl ojs pkp-tool plugins list

Named helpers are available for common maintenance work:

sitectl ojs scheduled-tasks
sitectl ojs jobs
sitectl ojs plugins list

With no arguments, scheduled-tasks and jobs run their standard run action.
